What can you report?
- Unlawful conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/01 and violations of the Organizational Model
- Other breaches of internal or European regulations that are detrimental to the public interest or to the integrity of the Company, as provided for by Legislative Decree No. 24/2023
When?
When you wish to report, in good faith and without receiving any financial incentive for doing so, a violation you become aware of in your work context, and you wish to keep your identity confidential and benefit from the protections provided in the event of possible retaliation.
How?
By accessing this platform, the Company's dedicated reporting channel
What happens next?
- Reports will be handled in accordance with the Company Procedure available by clicking the button below.
- Through the platform, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your report within 7 days; subsequently, you may receive feedback, for example to provide additional clarifications. Updates on the outcome of the report will follow within 3 months.
- In the absence of feedback within the prescribed time limits, you may submit your report to ANAC.
Personal Complaints
For any complaint or request related to your personal interests and connected to your employment relationship or to relationships with your direct supervisors within the Company, you must not use this channel. Instead, you may contact your supervisor or the Human Resources Department.
Important
If you have reasonable grounds to fear that the Company would not effectively follow up on your report or that you might suffer retaliation, you may contact ANAC directly.
